1. Agreement to Terms By submitting content, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Clematis Men reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. 2. Content Ownership and Licensing You retain ownership of the submitted content unless it is selected for use. For selected works, you grant Clematis Men an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display the content across all media, including but not limited to: Online marketing (social media, website, emails). Out-of-home advertising (billboards, posters). In-home marketing (videos, brochures). Brand promotions and materials. 3. Representation and Warranties You represent and warrant that: You are at least 18 years old. You fully own the content and have the authority to grant the rights outlined in these terms. The content is original, does not infringe on the rights of any third party, and does not contain any unauthorized trademarks, copyrighted materials, or personal likenesses. 4. Selection and Compensation Submissions are evaluated solely by Clematis Men based on quality, creativity, originality, and brand alignment. Only submissions selected for use will be compensated. If selected, you will be notified via the contact information provided during submission. Payment of up to $50 USD will be issued within 30 days of notification, via check or money order. Non-selected works will not be used, and no compensation will be provided for these submissions. 5. Release of Liability You agree to release and hold harmless Clematis Men from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of your submitted content. 6. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clematis Men and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your submission, including but not limited to intellectual property disputes. 7. Termination Clematis Men reserves the right to terminate this agreement or withdraw approval of a submission at any time for any reason. 8. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.*

After submitting, check your email for a confirmation email from us. We will reply in a few days to notify if your video is selected.

If selected, receive your payment.

Selected media submissions are eligible to earn up to $50 USD. Payments will be issued via check or money order and mailed to your address that you provide. To qualify, submissions must meet our guidelines and align with our brand's vision. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please note that recipients are responsible for ensuring accurate mailing information and for any applicable taxes.
